Property Developer Finds Answers

While walking through lower Manhattan I had a short conversation with a property owner who expressed frustration with his attempts at getting results in trying to develop a small lot that had too many zoning restrictions. After a short review of the zoning guidelines, the lot size and zoning district, I was able to find a solution to circumvent the zoning restrictions and secure an approval from the building department to build a new two-family house on the lot that would allow him to secure a handsome return on his investment upon its sale.
